Anna B. Herr, CPA, CFE

Anna began her career in public accounting February 1998. She has been employed in public accounting her entire career. Her experience includes individual, business, and fiduciary income taxation, governmental and nonprofit auditing as well as provide consulting in all areas of the accounting field.

Walter G. Cummings, CPA

Walter began his career in public accounting in November 1996 with the accounting firm Kem & Martin, PSC. Since that time he has assisted individuals and businesses through tax preparation and planning services. Walter is a Certified Public Accountant and has served as the Christian County Treasurer since 2006. He also serves on the Board of Directors of United Southern Bank.

Walter is a member of New Barren Springs Baptist Church where he serves as a Sunday School Teacher and a Trustee. He and his wife, Cindy, have two sons and four grandchildren.

Taylor Mathis, CPA

Taylor began her career in public accounting in 2019 as an intern with DGA, P.S.C. She started full-time with DGA in 2020 and obtained her Certified Public Accountant license in April 2023. Her experience includes individual and business income taxation and governmental and non-profit auditing.

Taylor enjoys spending time with her husband, Will, being outside with her animals and being on the lake with her family and friends.

Cory Alexander, CPA

Cory began his career in public accounting upon graduation in 1997. He obtained his CPA license in 1998. Over the past 26 years as a CPA, he has worked as a finance director in local government and as a CPA in public accounting firms. Cory started his career with DGA, P.S.C. in December of 2023.

Cory enjoys spending time outdoors, including running, biking, motorsports, and golf. While not at work, he spends most of his time with his wife Heather and two children Joy and Clay.

Job Summary:
DGA is seeking a Staff Accountant to provide accounting, auditing, and tax services to clients. Responsibilities include maintaining client financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance and assisting with tax preparation and audits.

Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

Experience:
